At Earle Brown Heritage Center, we take pride in having a large variety of spaces at your disposal. From the smallest internal business meeting to a wedding reception of 1,000 people, we have the space to accommodate. Take a look at the different spaces that we have available at Earle Brown from one end to the other.
The courtyard at Earle Brown Heritage Center is 80,793 square feet of manicured lawn filled with giant trees and flowers for a romantic ceremony backdrop or a comforting employee team building area. The space also include two water fountains and walkways and sidewalks for displays and pictures. Electrical power is available int he courtyard for sound or presentation needs. If you’d like to rent a tent for your event, we have rentals available.
If you’re getting ready for a large event, would like to host a cocktail hour before your wedding reception, or need a registration space for a networking or trade show event, the Pre-function area is the place. This 4,300 square foot space is adjacent to Carriage Hall A and B. guests can enter though our dramatic glass atrium. Wow your guests right from the start in this space!
The Carriage Hall
Originally, Carriage Hall was the farm’s riding ring. Now, it has been restored to a charming and rustic yet state-of-the-art space. This 12,960 square feet carpeted area includes five hanging projectors, complimentary Wi-Fi, and space to comfortably fit 750-1,200 people. Carriage Hall is column-free and easily adaptable to any trade show, banquet, dance, or musical performance. It can also be divided into two spaces:
A: 8,640 square feet, 400-850 capacity
B: 4,320 square feet, 200-350 capacity
Perfect for any business conference, Carriage Hall features a large foyer with a built-in registration space. Natural lighting streams through the large arched doors and windows, giving it a comforting atmosphere. If you have a large group to entertain, this is your space!
The lower level of Carriage Hall supplies yet more meeting and preparation spaces:
This room is 16 x 40 feet (or 640 square feet) in size and holds the capacity for 30-60 people. This space is great for a trade show office or storage area, green room, or wedding preparations. It is located right across from the elevator and is very private.
The Tack room also has the ability to be divided into two separate spaces. At 2,808 square feet, the full space fits 140-288 people. Divided into two rooms, the first space (1,512 square feet) fits 75-166 people. The second (2,128 square feet) fits 100-230 people, depending on the seating layout.
A quaint space for board meetings, overflow seating, a green room, or a trade show office space, The Loft is 813 square feet with a comfortable capacity for 16 people. The fixed setup in this space hosts a large conference table and an oversized couch and set of chairs. Featuring a telephone, private bathroom, and complimentary Wi-Fi, this is a great choice for an offsite meeting.
The Captain’s Room
Large windows give a picturesque view and direct access to the courtyard in the Captain’s Room. With 2,128 square feet of space and a 1,492 square foot pre-function area, this is a perfect meet-and-greet conference choice. Capacity for the Captain’s Room is 100-230 people, depending on your room set choice. Pick from oval, reception, or classroom tables.
The Garden City Ballroom
The Garden City Ballroom is a 4,631 square feet room – 49 feet x 95 feet. The space comfortably fits 230-330 people. It features a hanging projector, complimentary Wi-Fi, direct access to the courtyard, and an enclosed walkway to the nearby Embassy Suites. The space has a variety of room set options, including oval tables, theater seating, classroom seating, and booths.
The Harvest Room
The Harvest Room features beautiful woodwork and a view of the courtyard. The Harvest Room is 4,477 square feet and comfortably fits up to 300 people. This space also has the ability to separate into three different spaces:
A: 1,985 square feet, 140-164 capacity
B: 1,279 square feet, 90-156 capacity
C: 1,184 square feet, 80-85 capacity
Retreat Area / Sunroom
In addition to the main building, the Heritage Center features a beautiful Sun Room Boardroom fit for 24. This space is adjacent to the foyer area (called the parlor) and overlooks the pond and offers full on-site catering.
For a more intimate meeting space, choose Earle’s Room or Gwen’s Room. Earle’s Room (pictured below) seats 16, while Gwen’s Room seats 12.
