Complete Meeting Package (CMP)

Few venues compare with the scope, quality and facilities offered by Earle Brown Heritage Center. We can comfortably fulfill the technology, capacity and quality criteria of your event requirements while capturing and keeping your audiences attention. As our deluxe package option, The Complete Meeting Package combines audio visual services, a keynote speaker podium, general session, and breakout rooms with a customized menu and beverage service.

Facility Usage:
The Complete Meeting Package provides facilities for one general session, lunch in a separate location and rooms for breakout space as needed.

* Audio and Visual Equipment:
An expansive sound system, wireless lavaliere, projection screen, LCD projector, flipchart, markers and podium is included in the Complete Meeting Package. Upgrades beyond standard A/V provisions are available for an additional cost if needed.

** Food and Breakfast:
A continental breakfast, morning break, plated or buffet lunch and a mid-afternoon snack is included in this plan.
