Reservations & Policies

Reservations
Reservations for a minimum of eight rooms per day may be made by calling the Sales Department at the Earle Brown Heritage Center at 763-569-6300 or 1-800-524-0239. A major credit card is required to reserve rooms.

Rates
Room rate is $110 per night plus tax of 12.65%, for a total of $123.92 and includes a deluxe continental breakfast for up to 2 people.

Cancellations
A 45-day notice is required to cancel a block of rooms.

Check-In
Check-in: 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. (Special arrangements must be made for check-in earlier than 4 p.m.) Check out: 11:00 a.m. For the comfort and safety of all our guests, the Inn on the Farm is a totally smoke-free facility. Your cooperation will be appreciated. Children under 12 are permitted with prior approval. Pets cannot be accomodated.

Parking
Free parking is available in a convenient off-street site directly south of the Inn. Pull up in the turn-around to unload your luggage.

Payment
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diner's Club are accepted. All rooms must be charged to one account. Room charges can be added to the master invoice for those guests who are also hosting an event at the Earle Brown Heritage Center.
