Where are you located?

We are conveniently located near 694, 94 and Hwy 100 in Brooklyn Center, MN.

Is there onsite parking?

We have ample onsite FREE parking for you and your guests!

Is the venue available on my target date?

To inquire about a specific date, fill out our Request for Information form. We will respond to your inquiry very soon! If we have your date available, a signed contract and 20% down payment will secure your date.

Are there accommodations nearby?

The Embassy Suites hotel is just a short walk through our connecting glass walkway. The Fairfield Inn and Suites is also a short walk down our connecting sidewalk, giving you two great options for convenient accommodations for your guests.

How much does it all cost?

Fill out our Request for Information form and we will email you our wedding pricing sheet. An overall total will be determined by your food and beverage choices.

What does the food minimum mean?

Unlike other venues that have the large food and beverage minimums you need to reach regardless of your guaranteed guest amount, our food minimum is a per person price. We ask that you choose a plated or buffet dinner that will meet that per person minimum price.

Can we bring in our own food or alcohol?

We have our award winning catering service right here onsite. We require that all food and beverages are ordered directly through us.

What is all included in the rental fee?

A few of our complimentary services include: tables, chairs, linens, an onsite coordinator and a menu tasting. To see more of what is included, fill out our Request for Information form to receive our wedding pricing sheet.

Do you offer any off-peak pricing?

To make things easy, our pricing remains the same any day of the week, all year around.

Can we have the ceremony there?

Absolutely! Our ceremony space is available to those booking reception space (we do not offer ceremonies only). Our stunning courtyard features two water fountains that are the perfect backdrop to your ceremony.

Where do we hold our ceremony during winter months?

Any of our gorgeous ballrooms are able to accommodate an indoor ceremony.

What if it rains on the day of our wedding?

The back up to uncooperative weather is to move inside to one of our ballrooms, whether it be your reception room or an alternate available room.

Are we able to do a rehearsal?

Yes, you are welcome to hold your ceremony rehearsal here depending on the availability of the space.

When are we able to get in and decorate?

We guarantee 6 hours prior to the start of your wedding to get in and decorate.

What time do we have the venue until?

We ask that music ends at 12:00 a.m. and all guests and any décor you bring in are removed by 12:30 am.

Is there space to get ready?

We offer one complimentary getting ready space with an onsite ceremony.

Is your building handicap accessible?

Yes, the Earle Brown Heritage Center is handicap accessible.

Do you have any decorations?

Our onsite coordinator will go over any décor options we offer and help you figure out what items can be rented directly through us.
