Each of our dinner options come with fresh rolls and butter, freshly brewed Caribou coffee, tea, and milk.

Plated Dinner Service

In our plated dinner service options, your guests will enjoy a gourmet three-course meal with choice of soup or salad, an entree, and a dessert. Entree options include beef, pork, chicken, fish, and vegan/vegetarian options as well as children’s options.

Buffet Dinner Service

Here, you have a choice of two beginnings, one accompaniment, and two desserts. You can also customize your buffet to include one, two, and three entrees. This meal also includes the chef’s choice seasonal vegetable.

Picnic from “The Pit”

If your wedding is rustic and laid back, your guest will enjoy a delicious dinner from “The Pit”. Choose two meat options (additional protein options are also available), two sides, two desserts, and two salads. This finger-lickin’ service also comes with a seasonal vegetable.

Gold Package

For a more formal occasion, choose our Gold package. Your guests can start the evening with hors d’oeuvres, celebrate your union with a champagne toast, then enjoy a delicious salad and entree. For dessert, indulge in a tempting buttercream wedding cake.

Platinum Package

If you are looking to host an illustrious event your guests will not soon forget, dazzle their taste buds with the Platinum package. Start the evening with both passed hors d’oeuvres and an hors d’oeuvres station, host a champagne toast and wine offering, then enjoy a beautiful dinner. End the meal with a delicious buttercream wedding cake.
